ABC Grinding

Per a request (thanks SolarTed!), here is a copy of the two slides I presented at the Guru's house on Tuesday prior to the Rush session that I played. For those you not there, I played four tables of Rush $10NL full ring for about 30 minutes, which equated to 400 quick hands. Made about 8ptbb/100 for the session, but there wasn't anything too remarkable about any of the hands worth repeating here. Anyway, here are the slides...
