Betting the Farm

Went to my weekly poker player's anonymous meeting, which seems to have moved permanently to Tuesdays (versus Wednesdays) for me. (It's also moved to a location that is more inconvenient for me to get to, but probably will result in more focused discussions and better quality time on the computer/in-games.) Anywho, here's some simple-minded bet sizing stuff I presented...
